We're offering high quality powder coating. We have a chamber for paint polymerisation sized 3,2x1,8x1,2m. The size of the chamber lets us paint any metal element manufactured by us, which means that the service can always be connected with any other services we have in our offer (cutting, bending).

Powder coating - process description

Powder coating is the process of coating metal elements with paint in powder form. Afterwards the powder is hardened in the polymerisation chamber. The whole process of coating with color have to be preceeded by scupulous cleaning of the painted element. Elements painted using this technique are characterised by far better corrosion resistance than traditionally painted elements and retain their eye-catching look for a long time.
